Qualified event support for all Greater Giving products - Greater Giving Online, Go Time, Online/Mobile Bidding. The enhanced support package includes pre-event support to help you set up your project, manage your ticketing website, import ticket sales from other platforms, and import auction items. On-site support includes a registration lead to assist with guest troubleshooting, live auction clerking, auction data entry, and supervision of auction check-out.
Optional registration staff and equipment (laptops and printers) are available for additional fee.
Greater Giving - Basic Support
Experienced with Greater Giving and just need someone to manage registration & auction check out? This is the choice for you.
