Bespoke Planning

Designed for smaller development departments and/or leaner events, this package focuses on project management to take on the administrative work necessary to keep your event on track and freeing up staff time for other important duties. You bring the budget, the goals, and the committee, we’ll keep everything running smoothly.

Book 6 months in advance. Most work is concentrated in the three months leading up to event day.

Auction Management

One of the most critical components to a fundraising gala is the auction. This package focuses on pre-event management of auction related activities and software and ends with day-of event coordination. Keep your committee, staff, and board focused on getting the right bidders in the room, nurturing relationships with donors, and bringing in corporate sponsors. Auction management can be booked as a stand-alone service or in tandem with bespoke planning.

Registration & Auction Software Support

Pre-event support to help you set up your registration and auction software, create your ticketing website, import ticket sales from other platforms if needed, and import auction items. On-site support includes a registration lead to assist with guest troubleshooting, live auction clerking, auction data entry, and supervision of auction check-out.  Laptops, ipads, and printers available for rent as needed for an additional fee.

Book 6 months in advance. Options available for pre-event support or day of event service only.

 

Live Auction Underbid Recording & Data Analysis

Capture a more comprehensive view of your auction and translate this information into a tool for year-round fundraising and strategize for your next event.

You may know who won the yacht experience in your live auction for $16,000, but do you know who “lost” that opportunity for $15,000? Do you know the percentage of your audience engaged in your live auction, your fund-a-need, and where that engagement overlaps? Do you know the correlation between a guest’s highest bid in the auction and their gift in the fund-a-need? When you start preparing your auction procurement lists, do you know how your auction lots have been trending from year to year?
