With a near-decade of event production and a lifetime of theater experience, Beth Sandefur is uniquely qualified to produce events of all sizes. She has been on all sides of the table—as a nonprofit staffer, a volunteer committee member, and fastidious guest—and this perspective allows for sympathetic planning and exacting execution.
From Germany to Colorado, Beth has sung and acted, hung and focused lights, and produced full-scale musicals, she knows that good events are good theater, and knows how to make that breathtaking magic happen. Her 20 year career in the arts led to a position overseeing fundraising events for a regional theater where she discovered her true calling. Beth believes event planning is the perfect blend of left and right brain activities and thrives on the inherent chaos.
Beth has built, from the ground up, transcontinental Nobel Prize celebrations, multimillion-dollar gala fundraisers, ribbon cuttings, and every other manner of extraordinary event, supervising all steps along the way from site selection to contract negotiation, budgeting to logistics, database management to solicitation of sponsors. She speaks production tech, database, and decor with equal passion and aplomb, facilitating the creation of uniquely dramatic events-without the drama.
